This License governs how you may use Moqueria Products. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Product, you agree to this License. Products are licensed, not sold.

1. License overview
• Personal License: personal and non-commercial use only.
• Commercial License: commercial use and client work allowed (End Visuals only).
• Source files (PSD/ZIP) are never transferable to third parties (including clients).
• You may publish End Visuals; you may not redistribute Products or extracted assets.

2. Definitions
• “Source files” means files that enable editing or extraction (PSD, ZIP, layered files, smart objects, included textures/assets).
• “End Visuals” means exported/flattened outputs (JPG/PNG/PDF/video) containing your own design placed into a Product scene.
• “Seat” means a single person who can access and work with the Source files.
• “Entity” means the company/organization purchasing the License.

3. Personal License (non-commercial)

Permitted:
• personal projects, learning, experimentation;
• non-commercial portfolio presentation (End Visuals);
• non-sponsored social posts showing End Visuals.

Not permitted:
• client work or any paid/compensated work;
• paid advertising, paid campaigns, or monetized content;
• use by or for a company, organization, agency, or brand;
• redistribution/sharing of Source files or extracted assets;
• uploading Products to marketplaces, repositories, or file-sharing services;
• use in products you sell (templates, mockup packs, design kits).

4. Commercial License (commercial and client work)

Permitted:
• client work (presentations, proposals, marketing materials, portfolio case studies);
• commercial campaigns, ads, websites, and social posts using End Visuals;
• internal business use within the purchasing Entity;
• printing End Visuals for marketing and client communications.

Not permitted (still prohibited):
• reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, sharing, or gifting Products/Source files;
• providing Source files to clients or third parties;
• bundling Products into downloadable libraries, mockup packs, UI kits, generators, or templates for sale;
• uploading Products (or extracted assets) to stock marketplaces or repositories;
• creating competing mockup products where Moqueria content is the primary value.

5. Team usage and access
• A Commercial License covers use by employees/contractors working for the same Entity on the Entity’s projects.
• You must not share Source files with third parties outside the Entity (including clients).
• If multiple unrelated entities need access, request an extended license.

6. What you can deliver
• Allowed: End Visuals (flattened exports) such as JPG/PNG/PDF/video.
• Not allowed: Source files, extracted assets, or any deliverable that enables the recipient to reuse the Product as a template.

7. AI / machine learning restriction
Unless we provide explicit written permission, you may not use Products or Service content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve machine learning/AI systems, or to create datasets for those purposes.

8. Ownership
• Moqueria retains ownership of Products and all intellectual property rights.
• You retain ownership of your own designs and materials you place into Products.
• No rights are granted except as explicitly stated in this License.

9. Termination
1. This License terminates automatically if you materially breach its terms.
2. Upon termination, you must stop using the Products and delete all Source files in your possession or control.
