1. Ownership
All Moqueria Products, templates, previews, photographs, text, UI, and documentation are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and are owned by Moqueria and/or its licensors.
Products are licensed, not sold. Your rights are limited to the License terms.

2. Allowed use
• Use Products under a valid License (Personal or Commercial).
• Publish End Visuals (flattened exports) that incorporate your own designs placed into the Product scene.
• Edit Products for your own use within the scope of the License.

3. Prohibited use
• Redistribute or share Source files (PSD/ZIP) or extracted assets.
• Upload Products to marketplaces, repositories, or file-sharing services.
• Claim authorship of the Products or register them as your own intellectual property.
• Remove or alter embedded copyright notices where applicable.

4. Copyright infringement notice

If you believe content on Moqueria infringes your copyright, send an email to info@moqueria.com including:
• Your full name and contact information;
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• The URL(s) or sufficient information to locate the allegedly infringing material;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate;
• Your signature (typed name is acceptable in email).

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

5. Reservation of rights
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Moqueria and/or its licensors.
